Up for sale is a stunning example of the quintessential "President." This is a W-serial 18238 from 1996, featuring the highly desirable Double Quickset movement. If you’re looking for the "one-watch" gold collection piece, this is it.

This 18238 sports the classic sunray Champagne dial with gold baton markers. Being a '96, it’s a "T Swiss Made T" dial. The tritium plots have aged beautifully to a light cream, and the sunburst finish still pops in the light exactly as it should.

The case is in excellent condition with thick, even lugs and a razor-sharp fluted bezel that hasn't been rounded off by over-polishing. The 8385 President bracelet shows very little stretch for its age and comes with a nice, stiff hidden clasp.

It’s getting harder to find 90s gold pieces that haven't lost their paperwork along the way. This has the original papers plus a Rolex service paper.
