Time Xchange Sydney Pty Ltd Refund Policy & Warranty Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We take great care to accurately photograph and describe the condition of every second-hand timepiece we sell, so please review all details carefully before purchasing. In the rare event that your watch arrives damaged or significantly deviates from our description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Our Warranty Coverage at Time Xchange Sydney Pty Ltd

Every pre-owned timepiece we sell is backed by a minimum 3-month mechanical warranty. If the watch still carries a longer, valid manufacturer's warranty, that coverage will take precedence.

Our warranty strictly covers mechanical defects only (the internal movement of the watch).

The warranty does not cover:

* Crystals, Glass, Scratches, Finish, Dings or Dents and or damage to straps             (leather, fabric, or rubber) resulting from normal wear.

* Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by physical abuse, dropping, or               accidental impact.

* Water Damage: Any damage resulting from conditions that exceed the                   manufacturer’s original water resistance limits.

  •  Please Note: Due to the age of these timepieces, water resistance is neither tested nor guaranteed. We strongly advise keeping your vintage watch away from water.

    If your watch requires warranty service, the return process is the responsibility of the customer. Please note the following guidelines:

    We stand firmly behind the authenticity of every single timepiece we sell. For your ultimate peace of mind, you are always welcome to have your watch independently authenticated at your own expense.

    Vintage Condition ("As Is")

    Because of the unique history and nature of vintage timepieces, all watches are sold as is. We take pride in our transparency and pledge to accurately describe the current aesthetic condition and mechanical working order of every watch to the absolute best of our ability.


 

A Note on Water Resistance: Because these are vintage and pre-owned pieces, water resistance is not tested or guaranteed. To protect your investment, water damage is not covered under our mechanical warranty.
