Product Information & Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph all timepieces, including their condition, included accessories, servicing history, and technical specifications. However, because we deal in pre-owned watches, minor variations, natural wear, or character marks may occur.
Pricing & Currency
All pricing displayed on our platform is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Order Acceptance
Please note that the submission of an order or payment does not guarantee final acceptance by Time Xchange Sydney Pty Ltd. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order at our sole discretion at any point prior to delivery.
Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention
To ensure customer protection and prevent fraudulent transactions, we strictly enforce verification protocols. Before fulfilling and dispatching an order, we may request:
- Valid government-issued identification.
- Additional proof of address.
- Verification that the purchaser’s name, payment method, and delivery information match perfectly.

Note: Any order that cannot be satisfactorily verified within a reasonable timeframe will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Payment Security & Methods

All shipping costs and transit risks are the sole responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.
